VISION
CRISEES Training seeks to provide a non aversive, empathic approach towards the safer management of Challenging Behaviour, whilst working inside of the Residential Care and Educational School Environments.
We seek to achieve this - by delivering concise, consistent, updated and proactive information which can be simply utilised to maximum efficiency, for the greater benefit of all concerned.
CRISEES information is subject to constant Tactical Medical and Legal review.
General
CRISEES training will meet the standards set by OFFSTED for Care and Control with respect to Physical Interventions, both in Residential Care and in Specialist Schools, if used in conjunction with other appropriate behavioural support programmes.
CRISEES Training seeks to raise an understanding of how attachment theory impacts into and onto the overt display of Challenging Behaviour, and the linkage to A.S.D. / A.D.H.D.
CRISEES Training workshops are normally delivered in one / two or three day formats. The training purchased will be structured to suit the specific needs of the training purchaser.
The information below is an example of the theoretical underpinnings of CRISEES training, your workshop will have this ethos as the “life force” of your particular training agenda we would deliver.
CRISEES Training workshops seek to create a blend of information giving and group work, your CRISEES Trainer will be looking for staff to demonstrate an awareness of the subject matter both through the manner in which the information is digested and the quality of the group work exhibited.
