               Team Building / Performance Enhancement Training Workshop:

Course Aim:

*To enhance communication between all members of the organisation, at all levels:

* To establish and promote appropriate organisational protocols to effective problem solving:

* To gain greater insight into how effective personal and professional boundaries can enhance team cohesiveness

Course Objectives:

By the end of the course participants should be able to demonstrate -

* An understanding of ways to maximise Adult to Adult communication:

* How Games, Rackets and Scripts block effective communication:

* Be able to demonstrate problem solving, as a team:

* The ability to define and distinguish professional and personal boundaries.

Workshop Trainer to -

Provide and facilitate a safe, informative, interactive, stimulating and challenging forum, to discuss both individually in groups and collectively as one organisational unit, issues which habitually block effective team working, -- factors whichweaken team and organisational cohesiveness, -- exercises to identify and practise potent alternatives to both personaland organisational Scripts, -- to facilitate “safe adult venting” as and when it arises, when appropriate. To maintain respect and dignity for all involved, to be aware of and respect cultural diversity inside of all issues, safe and confidential working atmosphere.

* The participants on the training will be working under a strict contract of confidentiality

All training is delivered by a fully qualified Trainer and accredited member of NCP.
